Outside Firing

One of the extra services we provide is firing. We charge 4 cents per cubic inch for each firing which is invoiced when your pieces are dropped off to be fired.

We bisque at cone 04 and glaze fire at cone 6. The cost of each firing is separate.

All work must be measured before you drop it off. Please download, print, and fill out the drop off form (or make your own hand-written version) and include it with your box of ceramics. Instructions for measuring are included on the form.

We will invoice you for your firing after you drop off and you must pay for your firing before pickup.

Measure each piece with a ruler to determine length, width and height. Round each measurement to the nearest half inch. Minimum measurement for each is measurement is 1″ (for example, the height of a .5″ plate would still be recorded as 1″)
